Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation
including breakfast at Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club sales
center is required. Married and Co-Habitating couples must be
between the ages of 23 and 68; single women must be between the
ages of 30 and 67 and single men must be between the ages of 30
and 67 and must be traveling with children. If married, both
husband and wife must attend the sales presentation together.
Combined annual income must be at least $40,000 with a major
credit card or bank issued check card with Visa/MasterCard logo.
Guests must present a major credit card or bank issued check
card with Visa/MasterCard logo and valid photo ID at the tour
reception desk. Not eligible if you have previously toured
Mystic Dunes™ Resort & Golf Club. No "group" tours will be
accepted (more than two families occupying the same room). All
reservations are subject to availability. This vacation package
is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon
72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must
give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid a
$75 “No Show” charge. Failure to give 72 hour notice will
also result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you
desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer
service at 877-207-2060 prior to 72 hours in advance of this
confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will
help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months
period. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change
without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid
in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is valid only
for residents of the following states: Alabama, Connecticut,
Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North
Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri,
New Mexico, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C.

the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions,
including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will
have charged to their credit or check card minimum of $250 per
night up to $375 per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of $200
per night up to$300 a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus
all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts
awarded, less any payment made by the participant. Participants
with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their
reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail
to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their
reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price. By
making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are
