Once you make a reservation request, any changes, cancellation or revisions must be requested fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed travel dates and is subject to a $75.00 nonrefundable fee. Accommodation facility will request a security
deposit upon check-in. Orlando Welcome Center is not
responsible for delay or cancellations due to strikes,
mechanical breakdowns, acts of nature, or any airline
rescheduling or cancellations.
Ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, telephone
charges and all other incidentals are not included in
this vacation (unless otherwise specified).
Extra nights are available at discounted rates and are
also based upon availability. If your requested
additional night(s) occur during a holiday/special
event, a peak season rate may apply.
Resort Preview:

you must attend a two (2) hour sales
presentation at Silver Lake Resort (no recreational
vehicles or pets are allowed at the sales
presentation);

if married or cohabitating, both
parties must attend the sales presentation, have a
combined gross minimum income of $50,000.00 per year
and must be between 23 and 68 years of age; if
single female, a gross minimum income of $50,000.00 is
required and you must be between 23 and 68 years of
age; single does not constitute separated

you must speak fluent English or
Spanish;

you must present a valid driver’s
license or state issued ID and a
major credit card or bank issued check card with a
Visa or MasterCard logo or checkbook
at tour desk for identification; if you are not a
U.S. citizen, you must present a passport with a

Visa or MasterCard logo
at tour desk for identification;

Failure to meet the afore mentioned qualifications or attend the sales presentation will result in a charge back of $150 per night plus the cost of the package price
No group tours will be accepted. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot
offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can
stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $350.00
penalty will be split between two or more families related in any way
(relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more
different reservations.. Guests who are previewing
another resort property in Orlando are not eligible for
any of our resort packages. There
will be No refunds for early departures.
All prices and income
qualifications are based on U.S. currency. You may not
attend the sales presentation on day of arrival or
departure. No group tours of more than two families from
the same person allowed during the same week. Previous
participants, current owners, and residents of the
following Florida counties are not eligible for
this offer: Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Orange, Osceola,
Polk and Seminole. This offer cannot be used in
conjunction with any other offer. Offer limited to one
mini-vacation per household.

gift per vehicle, family or group. (Maximum 8 persons,
limit 4 adults.) Owners and guests staying at Silver Lake Resort are not eligible for this
offer. Guests that have previously previewed the resort
within 18 months are not eligible for this offer. No campers or
pets allowed on property.
Guest
responsible for taxes of 13% on room charges at check in.
If you are staying at Silver Lake Resort they do require a $200 refundable security
deposit at
check In.
