Welcome, as
a possible participant we like to disclose all
information that is included in your fun filled
vacation. Below is in writing the terms & conditions
your
sales rep
has gone over with you. Keep in mind that other then the
90 minute - 2 Hour sales presentation of the resort there
is no other obligation. Please review all the terms &
conditions and fill out the information needed at the
bottom.
A
90 minute - 2 Hour sales presentation at a Westgate
Resort Property is required. Married or
co-habitating couples must be between the ages of 23 and
65. If married or co-habitating, both parties must
attend the sales presentation together. Couples must
present proof of marriage or cohabitation. Combined
annual income must be at least $50,000 with a major
credit card or bank issued check card with a Visa or
MasterCard logo.
Single
women must be between the ages of 30 and 65
annual income must be at least $50,000 with a major
credit card or bank issued check card with a Visa or
MasterCard logo. Guests must present a major credit card
or bank issued check card with a Visa or MasterCard logo
and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Not
eligible if you have previously toured Westgate within the last
6 months. No “group” tours
will be accepted (more than two families occupying the
same room). No guests that know each other or are
traveling together may stay in the same resort to do 2
separate previews. All reservations are subject to
availability and based on a first come, first served
basis.
This
vacation package is non-refundable; however,
it can be rescheduled one time upon 14 day advance notice
for no additional charge. In the event you cannot travel on
your scheduled dates, you must give at least 7 day advance
notice of cancellation to avoid a no show charge of $300.
Failure to give 7 day notice will result in forfeiture of
your vacation package. As long as 7 days is given before
your arrival date we can place your reservation on hold for
up to 12 months. Should you desire to reschedule your
arrival date, please contact the Orlando Welcome Center at
least 14 days in advance of the desired arrival date, and
based upon availability, we will be able to help you reserve
your selected travel dates. There will be No refunds for
early departures. Offer subject to change without notice.
This offer is not transferable and is not valid in
conjunction with any other offer. Guests who are previewing
another resort property in Orlando are not eligible for any
of our resort packages.
Florida residents of
Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk,
or Seminole Counties are not eligible for this
offer.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Participants in the promotion who do not
meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of
Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales
presentation, will have charged to their credit or check
card a fee of $300. Participants with confirmed reservations
who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the
first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their
reservations AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE
will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a
reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing
to this policy.

$20 Refundable Deposit is given at the resort when you do
your preview.
Orlando Welcome Center does not give refunds of deposits.
